MENDING ME

THE REPAIR PHASE

A framework for self-audit, pattern recognition, and learning how to choose your responses on purpose.

MENDING MEis about pattern recognition. It’s about response choice. It’s about learning to notice your triggers, untangle the stories you tell yourself, and choose a new behavior—even when the old one feels justified. Especially then!

MENDING ME is primarily for adults—men and women—who are tired of living on autopilot and finally ready to take inventory of themselves. It’s the groundwork for healthier relationships of every kind, romantic, platonic, professional, familial and even strangers. There’s no version of a healthy connection that doesn’t begin with self-awareness.

It teaches you how to build internal clarity. How to look at what you feel, what you think, and what you’re doing and decide what stays and what goes. It’s for the moments where you're tempted to choose a counterproductive behavior but something in you wants to do it different this time.

This framework focuses on five domains:

Narrative Audit
Identify the internal stories and distortions shaping your reactions.

Emotional Ownership
Take responsibility for your responses without outsourcing blame.

Image & Ego Detachment
Separate your standards from approval, appearance, and control.

Know Your Capacity

Align your commitments, boundaries, and energy with reality.

Discomfort Conditioning
Build tolerance for rejection, boredom, accountability, and change.

Why it matters:
Mending Me is about pattern interruption.
It’s about choosing differently when the old way feels automatic.

Yes, you become different.

Because awareness changes behavior.
And repeated behavior changes identity.
